How does the repair process work?
Step 1 – Fill out the contact form. Provide your details and a short description of your drone issue for DJI drone repairs.
Step 2 – Receive WhatsApp instructions. We quickly send all details: how to pack your drone, what the parcel must contain, and how to send it — either via any Easybox nationwide or courier pickup from your home.
Step 3 – Diagnostic and repair. Your parcel arrives at our Service, we perform the diagnostic and share the price and solution. If you accept, we repair and send your drone back ready to fly.
How do I send my drone via Easybox?
It's very simple! After filling out the form and selecting "Yes" for Easybox drop-off, we'll send you a unique code on WhatsApp.
Go to any Easybox in the country, enter the code on the tablet, and a locker will open automatically. If it's too small, follow the on-screen steps and the system will open a larger locker suitable for your drone.
The entire process takes about 1 minute and is extremely easy.
What should the parcel contain?
The parcel must include: the drone, remote controller, battery, and goggles (FPV drones only).
Important: Do not send cables, SD cards, filters, or other small accessories — they can get lost in the Service and are not needed for diagnostic and repair.
How should I pack the parcel?
Place the drone in a cardboard box, ideally the original factory box. If you no longer have it, any sturdy box such as a shoe box works.
Make sure the drone, remote, and battery are well secured so they don't move during transport. You don't need to write anything on the parcel — the courier will attach the shipping label.
How long does courier delivery take?
Normally, courier transport takes 24–48 business hours depending on area and volume.
How do I pay for the repair?
You can pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery directly to the courier when your repaired drone is delivered.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve all of Romania for DJI drone repairs. The courier can pick up and deliver to any city or town nationwide, completely free. We work with major courier companies for maximum safety.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is 100% free round-trip nationwide. No hidden costs. The courier picks up from your address and returns your repaired device at no extra charge.
You only pay the 50 RON return shipping if you choose not to repair with us.
