- The aircraft body in case of accidental damage
- User-error accidents
- Impact, trees, hard surfaces, loss of control
- Signal interference / bird strikes (subject to eligibility)
- Replacement with a new unit of the same model
- Coverage continues on the replacement unit (update S/N)
Important exclusions
- Liquid / water contact (moisture sensors detect it)
- Rain, snow, fog, ice, or humid environments
- Accessories: controller, batteries, props, cards, bag
- Third-party damage caused by the drone (not liability insurance)
- Non-DJI products or unauthorized accessories
- Stolen, discarded, or unauthorized replaced parts
- Disassembled drone, broken seals, unauthorized repairs
- Intentional or deliberate damage
- Drone without gimbal / camera
- Use outside DJI temperature specifications
If the product is not eligible for replacement, shipping and analysis fees may apply (200 RON).

Essential Care Refresh conditions
By purchasing Care Refresh you confirm you have read and agree to these terms. The summary below complements the service agreement issued at activation.
- 1Care Refresh services are provided by S.C. Drone Doctor S.R.L.
- 2The drone serial number (S/N) is essential: keep it private. After replacement, the new unit stays covered for the original term — update the S/N (remove old, add new).
- 3Coverage territory: the country where the service was purchased.
- 412- or 24-month plans with unlimited replacement services while valid.
- 5Service covers only the drone, not accessories and not third-party liability.
- 6Agreement data (name, phone, email, model, aircraft/gimbal S/N, validity period) define the exact policy scope.

Is Care Refresh the same as a DroneDoctor repair?
No. Care Refresh is a protection plan: for eligible damage you get a replacement drone after paying the replacement fee. Point repair means we fix your drone (parts on your original unit) without a subscription. For simple defects, repair can be cheaper — we can compare options for you.
When is the 24-month plan worth it?
If you fly often, shoot commercially, or the model is expensive to replace, Protect 24 months spreads risk over two years. For occasional flying, 12 months may be enough.
Does it cover water damage?
No. Liquid contact, rain, snow, fog, and humid environments are explicitly excluded. The drone has moisture sensors. For water damage, ask about repair feasibility or a diagnostic.
What about accessories on a claim?
Only the drone is replaced. The controller, batteries, propellers, and other accessories are not covered by the replacement service.
How do I activate Care Refresh?
Contact us on WhatsApp or phone with the model and S/N. We confirm the price, guide payment, and activate the plan. For a claim, fill in the service form and we pick up free of charge.
Can I extend after expiry?
Yes, on eligible models you can renew (subject to current DJI / DroneDoctor offer). We’ll share renewal options in time.
