Use the original DJI box if you have it. Otherwise, a rigid box with foam protection on all sides. Secure the gimbal with the box support or cardboard.

The parcel should include: drone, remote controller, and battery (FPV drones only: goggles). Do not send cables, SD cards, filters, or other small accessories — they can get lost at the Service and are not needed for repair. We send the courier — you just seal the parcel.
